Our approach to nutrition is completely bio-individual, meaning what works for one person might not work for another.

If you ever find yourself overwhelmed or unsure about what to eat, we encourage you to go back to the food basics: whole, fresh, and seasonal foods. This includes choosing a variety of brightly colored fruits and vegetables, whole grains, quality protein sources, and healthy fats. It also encompasses drinking adequate amounts of water daily to stay hydrated.

Does the grocery store stress you out? We're here to help. We want to help you optimize your time and money, which is why we will go with you and help answer any questions you may have. Teaching you how to read labels, how to save money when buying organic, and make sure you have a well stocked home to keep you fueled on your health journey. (Available as an online service only if you have a grocery delivery subscription) 60 min.

Kitchen Assessment

Your environment can make or break your success. We will come to your home and make sure your kitchen is set up properly.  Not sure what toxic food products or cleaning supplies could be lurking in your cabinets? We’ll help you assess what's safe to keep as well as recommend clean non-toxic replacements. Together we’ll discuss topics such as best food storage options, water filtration, non-toxic cookware, health hacks & more. 60 min.

Meal Planning

Need help incorporating the recommendations made during your nutritional counseling session into everyday life? Let us help you come up with delicious and healthy meal ideas that reflect your nutritional needs. During this session we'll discuss eating habits, attainable meal prep recommendations, and simple recipes to help you stay on track. This session includes a one-week meal plan. Please note, meal planning is only available after you've had a nutritional counseling session. 60 min.
